V-Tec Motorsport is owned and run by Ken Hall.
Ken has been involved in motorsport, in one form or another, for more than thirty years.
He
began his motorsport "career" in speedway, achieving reasonable
success riding for teams such as Castleford, Workington, Glasgow and the
Czechoslovakian team Red Star Prague.
He then turned his attention to rallying. This included night rallies, stage rallies, rallycross and rallysprints.
Ken has always built, prepared and maintained his own rally cars, and again, has achieved considerable success in all of these activities.

He has won several rallies outright, has had numerous second
and third placings and has achieved impressive results contesting the Supercar
class in the British Rallycross Championship, whilst racing against some very
quick, purpose built rallycross cars.
A favourite event of Ken's is a rallysprint held in Belgium every May and Ken and his
wife Sally and their two daughters have travelled there each year since 1991.
Ken's best result there was second overall and he has finished in the top 15 most years, again competing against some very impressive and expensive machinery, including World Rally Cars.
Customers of V-Tec can now benefit from Ken's knowledge and experience when they visit the V-Tec Motorsport workshop in Middlesbrough.
